The purchase of any product offered on the Site is subject to these Terms & Conditions of Sale (Terms & Conditions"). Lolo French Antiques et More may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Lolo French Antiques et More operates its Site from the United States. It is possible that some software that may be downloaded from the Site is subject to government export control or other restrictions. By visiting and using our Site, you acknowledge these restrictions and agree that you are not subject to them.

PURCHASE - TERMS OF ORDERING  
The Site may be used to view a selection of Lolo French Antiques et More products that  can be ordered online, by calling our shop at 205-323-6033 or by emailing us at  info@lolofrenchantiques.com. For each item selected on the Site, a product page will be displayed featuring detailed photographs with a description, dimensions, price and provenance to assist you throughout the buying process. Please check that this information accurately reflects your selection before placing your order. 

While every effort is taken to try to ensure that the coloring, design and style of the products in the photographs displayed on the Site is representative of the original products, variations may occur due to technical restrictions of color reproduction on your computer equipment. We will be happy to send additional pictures if desired. 

ERRORS
Items displayed may be unavailable and prices are subject to change. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices do not include tax or costs of shipping/delivery, insurance, crating or packing. Lolo French Antiques et More reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice. This includes incorrect pricing and typographical errors in product descriptions and availability. Lolo French Antiques et More maintains the right to correct such errors whenever found, including after an order has been submitted. 

Accordingly, Lolo French Antiques et More shall not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of products displayed on the Site. If you have any questions about the products, please ask before placing your order. 

Lolo French Antiques et More reserves the right not to accept or to cancel your order at our sole discretion for any reason without liability if, among other things, the products are not available, are incorrectly priced or are otherwise incorrectly described. 

PURCHASE - PAYMENTS​
Please send payment Overnight or 2nd Day Air for internet orders. We accept business or personal checks, money orders, cashier’s checks and wire transfers. We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard and American Express, business or personal checks, money orders, cashier’s checks and wire transfers for in store sales. The sale is completed and the item is shipped when payment is received. If payment is made by check, cashier’s check, money order or wire transfer, the item will be shipped when the funds have cleared. If payment is not received within seven (7) days, the sale is considered void and all merchandise is returned to the lolofrenchantiques.com website. There is a 3% fee on all credit card transactions.

PURCHASE - SALES TAX
Alabama sales tax is due on each item except upon receipt of a valid Sellers Registration/Tax Certificate or if the item is professionally shipped out of Alabama.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
It is the customer's responsibility to make shipping/delivery arrangements. We are happy to help assist you with shipping arrangements by either parcel service (FedEx, UPS, USPS) or delivery carrier. Lolo French Antiques et More is not responsible for items once they leave the shop. We are not liable for damage or loss in shipment and highly recommend that you pay for insurance coverage on your purchase. Please contact us for assistance or a price quote.

RETURNS

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL
• No returns on purchased items.
• No returns on special order items.
• All items are sold in "As Is" condition.
• We are happy to provide more information and/or photos upon request.
• It is the customer's responsibility to request additional information in regards to the condition of an item prior to purchase.

APPROVALS
Lolo French Antiques et More appreciates your business, and we are happy to allow 24 hours for in-home approval on most items. Due to the fragile nature of antiques, we’re sure you understand they should be treated with extra care. Once a piece leaves our shop, you assume full responsibility for any damages and will be charged full price if the item is returned damaged. Items with marble tops or large pieces must be delivered by an insured delivery company or mover and returned to us by same in the event you decide not to purchase the piece. All merchandise must be either purchased or returned within 24 hours, unless a longer time period is agreed on. Your credit card will be charged or your check deposited on the following day. There is a 3.5% fee on all credit card transactions.

PRIVACY POLICY
Lolo French Antiques et More's PRIVACY POLICY applies to use of the Site. We consider your privacy of primary importance. Lolo French Antiques et More uses commercially accepted security measures to help protect your information.

Lolo French Antiques et More reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of the PRIVACY POLICY at any time. You should check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of this Site following the posting of changes to the PRIVACY POLICY will mean that you accept those changes.
