ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive a confirmation email from us after you place your order. A staff member will review your order the next business day and contact you about shipping, delivery, or pickup. If you do not receive a confirmation within one business day (excluding Sundays), please contact us.
PICKUP
Items are available for pickup Monday-Friday between 10am and 5pm or By Appointment. Please contact us at least 36 hours in advance to have your items ready for pickup. If you want to pick up your merchandise, please select this option at the time of purchase as local or state sales tax may apply. It is also recommended to contact our shop to confirm item availability and readiness for pickup, especially for larger items.
DELIVERY
Delivery is limited to the Greater Birmingham and surrounding areas in the state of Alabama. For specific delivery information or to arrange for delivery, please contact our shop at 205-323-6033. Prices may vary by delivery company.
SHIPPING
If you don't have a preferred shipping company, Lolo French Antiques et More maintains a list of professional transporters that serve North America. If you need help selecting a shipper, we will need necessary information for your transport such as contact name, phone number, address, email, and any specific details like timelines for delivery, stairs, etc.
After we receive this information, we will reach out to several of our trusted shippers that serve your area and provide you with quotes and the shipper's contact information. You can then choose to use this shipper or select one of your own.Lolo French Antiques et Moredoes not receive any compensation from shippers, and each shipper is required to insure and take full responsibility for your merchandise after picking it up from our premises. Shipping is paid directly from the client to the shipper.
Once you have chosen a shipper, we will then coordinate with your chosen shipper for pickup at our premises. After the item is picked up, the best source of information about the actual delivery of your merchandise will be your selected shipper. Lolo French Antiques et More is not responsible for items once they leave our shop. We are not liable for damage or loss in shipment and highly recommend that you pay for insurance coverage on your purchase.
RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We're happy to provide more information and/or photos upon request. It is the buyer's responsibility to request additional information or photos prior to purchase. If for some reason you aren't totally satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item(s), you must notify Lolo French Antiques et More within 48 hours of delivery. All return shipping must be authorized by and processed through Lolo French Antiques et More. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and full insurance during return shipping is required. There is also a 5% restocking fee. Original shipping and packing costs cannot be refunded. A refund will be issued if merchandise is returned within 14 days in the same condition in which it originally left our shop. Buyers may not be reimbursed for returns that are not received in original condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process a refund to the original payment method (e.g. credit card, bank account) used for the transaction. All in-store sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns for purchases made in our shop or for custom items.
