Elegant white French majolica oyster plates from the famed Faïencerie de Gien, dating to the 1940s. Perfect for entertaining or display, each plate is designed with six fluted shell compartments and a central well for lemon, mignonette, or a buttery splash of shallot vinaigrette. Oyster plates themselves became a beloved tradition, especially in France, in the 1800s when the shellfish boom met the rise of refined dining.
